My name is Joe. I am a sophomore—Class of 2009. I found out about Thacher through friends of mine who had gone to the school before.

What I like best about Thacher:
I like the sense of community and the fact that everyone knows everyone.

Favorite class:
My favorite class is Spanish because I enjoy learning how to communicate in other languages.

Advice for anyone considering boarding and Thacher in particular:
Think about your reasons for going to boarding school. What you are looking for in your prospective school? Does Thacher have the qualities that you are looking for?
