Jedidiah

My name is Jedidiah. Yes, I know that’s a mouth full. Just be glad I didn’t give you the rest of it!

I’m from Montgomery, Alabama, where the air is hot (you can boil water on your sidewalk on a summer day) and the land basically flat. I came to Thacher as a freshman and now have reached the esteemed rank of Junior. I found out about Thacher while doing a documentary on the Civil rights Movement in the south. I met a former Thacher student who happened to be working as a cameraman for the production company. We talked in depth about school and sports and so forth. He never mentioned anything to me about Thacher, but obviously went back home to tell the school about me. The next thing I know, there is a huge package in my mailbox with all the info on the school. My surprise is still with me even to this day. It just goes to show you that some things are just meant to be!
